Let us present our Meister Networks core team! Young and yet experienced. Curiosity and strong customer focus motivate us tremendously – we are on the pulse of the economy and daily strive to progress. We place high importance on transparency and quality – live and cultivate a performance-oriented and down-to-earth culture. Our team, consisting of over a dozen employees, is a diverse as our clients and candidates and we love that.
Key contacts Meister Networks
Laura De Paolis worked as a research analyst after studying business economics and took over the management of the research team at Meister in 2017. She has been a consultant since 2019 and has been leading the Meister Networks division since 2021. Laura De Paolis has longstanding experience in handling challenging recruitments of specialists and managers and deepened her knowledge with the successful completion of the MAS in HRM in 2022. She speaks fluent German and English.
Davide Ringgenberg graduated from the University of Bern with a degree in Economics and joined Meister Executive Search in 2018 as a Research Analyst, where he was very successful in identifying and approaching professionals and executives. In September 2020, he was promoted to Research Associate and since January 2022, he has been working as a Consultant for our clients at Meister Networks. He is a native speaker of German and Italian and fluent in English and French.
Tara Graber joined the company in 2019 as a research analyst during her Master's degree in Psychology, learning the recruitment field from the ground up. After completing her studies, she took over the management of the internal research centre. As a result, she gained management experience and immersed herself in handling complex recruitment mandates. Since 2022, she has been working as a Consultant for our clients with a wide range of expertise and tact. She speaks German, Korean and English.
