Quality Management ISO 9001:2015

Quality is not just lip service for us, but forms the basis of our success! It is how we generate important and convincing added value for both our clients and our candidates.

Building on a long-standing internal quality management system and with the appointment of new consultants, the management decided in mid-2009, with the support of SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems) (Schweizerische Vereinigung für Qualitäts- und Managementsysteme) to obtain certification in accordance with the ISO standard 9001:2008 (new: ISO 9001:2015). (neu: ISO 9001:2015)

In order to support the development of the new management system and to ensure the sustainability of our efforts, we have brought even clearer order to the diversity of documents with the help of a quality and document management system and clearly visualized our process architecture.

Management and Leadership, Core Processes, Support Processes

By formulating our long-term vision and defining our strategy for the coming years, we laid the foundation for our sustainable development. Consistent practise in our core processes help us to be successful in our day-to-day business and, in particular, to generate synergies from our activities. Thanks to effective support processes and our continuous improvement processes, we are even more goal-oriented and efficient today.

With the introduction of a management review, a clearly defined organisational structure and the clear allocation of responsibilities, we quickly recognise changes in the market, identify internal deviations and can thus react appropriately.

We are proud of our management system. At the same time, we are convinced that we have laid an excellent basis for a future-oriented and sustainable existence of our company, and we continuously invest in the review and further development of our QM.
