→ Our research analyst contacts you discreetly, since most candidates are in an existing contractual relationship
Candidate check
→ If you are fundamentally interested in the position, you are invited to provide your CV (including diplomas and certificates
→ You are then contacted by the research analyst to check the most important framework conditions
Feedback from clients
→ Our research analyst discusses the candidate profile with the project manager
→ The project manager is in constant contact with our client → The project manager decides how to proceed in consultation with our client
Interview with Meister Networks
→ The initial interview is intended to provide you as the candidate with further in-depth information about the position and the company
Dossier Preparation and Interview with the client
→ With your express consent, Meister Networks compiles a dossier about you including comments and impressions
→ If the client responds positively, Meister Networks coordinates an interview between you and the client
Second interview & Conclusion of Employee Contract
→ Depending on the client’s wishes, a second interview will take place, possibly including the project manager from Meister Networks → The whole recruiting process is generally not standardised. In accordance to the clients demands, it may contain assessment/references → Meister Networks is not involved in contract and salary negotiations
